This 1978 ranch home was renovated to create an abundance of large windows that let in light and offer private garden and woodland views from every room.  This home is located just down the road from downtown Leiper's Fork with its unique personality and down home charm. This part of Franklin is preserved from over enthusiastic development with current 5 acre minimum zoning and several large tracts nearby placed in the Tennessee Land Trust.  This valley enjoys a close knit community of neighbors always ready to lend a helping hand or share a fun time at the monthly potluck or local event. One of the most beautiful roads in Williamson County, the property is situated at a curve on a tree lined road favored by bicyclists for its shaded canopy, rolling hills, and the river and streams that comprise its scenic beauty.  Convenient to I-40. Close enough to Nashville and downtown Franklin to enjoy the activities, but far enough away to avoid the congestion when you're home yet Fairview is only 10 minutes away for groceries, hardware, gas, etc.

The sellers have converted this traditional ranch over basement home to a more modern open flow concept with wider doorways, new crown molding and trim as well as all the interior doors were custom built for t his home with solid wood.   They extended the hardwood floors throughout the main level of the home and had them all refinished to match.A stone fireplace with gas logs has been added to kitchen/breakfast room area and the kitchen has been completely remodeled with custom solid wood cabinets, granite counters, oversized granite sink, a stainless steel gas range with two ovens and an upscale vented hood. The unique custom pull out pantry and open wine/bookcase that surrounds the refrigerator has been designed to accommodate easy future expansion to a larger refrigerator without changing cabinets.  New Pella insulated windows were installed throughout including adding a large picture window in the kitchen overlooking the rear flower bed and woodlands . Added a custom oversized tiled shower and laundry closetin the new bathroom.  The two other existing baths were refreshed with new granite top, mirrors, trim, wall covering, paint, and hardware. .Outside the added oak porch columns, painted all exterior doors, including the garage,  buried the utilities and propane tank.  They installed a gated, black, four-rail wood fence across front of property. Installed all new landscaping, front and back, including small waterfall feature in back flower bed.  They have added a garden shed with space for ATV/Riding Lawnmower and maintain a walking trail to the stream and water fall.
