This 6308 sqft home built in 2004 has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths, a gourmet kitchen on the main level as well as a full kitchen in the basement to create an in-law suite.   The home is all brick and has many outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the season changing at this property, both front and back.
The location is proximate to the quaint village of Leiper’s Fork which features local dining options and antique shopping.  The Natchez Trace Parkway winds near the property and the scenery surrounding this home is breathtaking.   Enjoy nature yet this home is 6 miles to the Public Shopping Center in Fairview from groceries and other dining retail options.    If your job is going to have you traveling this is only about 50 minutes to the Nashville International Airport.    Another points of interest would be the growing private school of Grace Christian Academy and the ability to reach I-840 in both less than 10 miles away.

The sophisticated farmhouse decor has custom cabinets and custom molding by Spencer Mill Works throughout.  The counters are all stone except for the large kitchen island of concrete. The kitchen has under and over cabinet lighting to accent to light up the open and airy kitchen.  This kitchen is all about form and function with details to accent the experience.  An example of this is the numerous glass door fronts on the cabinetry.  The function is revealed in the large farm pantry with a dutch door.  The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a wall of window on either end revealing the scenic views of the property.
The living room area is open and the focal point is a large masonry, dry stacked stone fireplace flanked with custom wood bookcases.  The home has wired speakers so the living room has ceiling mounted Bose speakers to enjoy soothing music.  From this room you notice the Maple hardwoods that grace the entire first and second floor of the home as well as the Anderson windows.
The owner’s suite is just down the hall and features the 2nd of 5 wood burning fireplaces on the property.  This dry stacked stone fireplace is also flanked by wood built-in bookcases to create a warm inviting library feel. The suite is 24’ x 15’ and it overlooks the rear pasture and hillside that is just beyond the South Harpeth River.  The property enjoys discounted Greenbelt taxes.  The back patio has direct access from the owner’s suite.   The bath has a wonderful split sink layout separated by an oversized antique (1910) claw foot standing tub.  The walk-in shower is completely tiled out.
The main floor also has an executive level office with built-in book cases.  It is located behind French doors and has a view of the front of the property.

Upstairs is a 2-bedroom layout split by the media room and open breezeway.  Each bedroom is large and features space for a desk and a relaxing area, including wide window seats for enjoying the views of the back of the property.  One of the bedrooms has a coffee bar area with a refrigerator and is a suite with a private full bath.  The other bedroom has a shared bath with the upstairs hallway.
The basement was designed to function as a full separate living quarters.  The flooring is mostly slate in the basement.  There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and intricate tile back splash.  Under cabinet lighting keeps the room bright.  There is a full bath that has a walk-in shower, a workout room, a hobby room, a wine cellar, a laundry room, a small office room and a media/living room with a brick fireplace in the basement.  The  living room has direct access to the back yard.
